THE SEMANTIC LAYER FOR PHYSICAL SPACES
The semantic layer where AI meets the real world.
Prior to founding Roomr, we created Cloudgine, a cloud computing company acquired by Epic Games in 2017. After years building real-time 3D infrastructure and working inside the Unreal Engine ecosystem, we started Roomr to bring the same level of technical precision to the spaces people design, buy, renovate, and build.
Our belief is simple: AI for physical spaces cannot be trusted unless it understands what is actually in the room.
That is why Roomr is built around real-world truth. Every scene is made from real products, real SKUs, real dimensions, real materials, and real prices. The result is not just a beautiful image, but usable software for people making decisions about real spaces. Designers can specify products, brands can bring their catalogs into context, developers can preview finished interiors, and customers can understand a space before anything is built. Roomr makes rooms photorealistic by default, but accurate by design.
We believe the next generation of AI will need a structured grounded model of the real world, not just more images. Roomr is building that foundation for interiors and physical spaces: a growing semantic dataset where products, geometry, materials, lighting, and spatial relationships are connected in 3D. As AI and world models improve, Roomr improves with them, becoming a richer layer of real-world context, a better fine-tuning dataset, and a more powerful interface for designing, understanding, and interacting with the built world.
